Payment Plan / Agreement:
§ Deposit $ 300.00 (non-refundable) to book your Day.
§ Remaining Balance is due on or before your Wedding Day.
§ Cash or Money Order Only Please! ~ Monthly Payments on request.
§ Gas Expense will only be charged with a minimum travel distance of one hour or more. Ex: Truro & Kentville $50.00 (round trip) Digby $ 100.00
§ An Appointment will be arranged to meet with the Couple the Sunday before the wedding, to go over the schedule and go to photo locations & to discuss details.
§ Photographs will be ready for pick up 3 weeks from the Wedding Day.
§ Prices are guaranteed at the time of booking and with paid deposit. *Prices may change without notice.
§ It’s recommended to call (within 10 days after the first meeting) to book & pay deposit.
General Time Line
· Arrive at the location of the Bride getting ready. Have your invitation ready along with your bouquet and rings.
· Arrives at the church 15 minutes before the Bride and to meet the Groom and the Clergy to discuss photographing the ceremony. Exchanging rings, unity candle, register.
· After the ceremony, allow 20-30 minutes for your receiving line. Having just the parents along with the bride & groom only, will cut back on long lineups and more time for photographs.
· Photo Location: Please allow at least one hour plus the travel time. All Group and Family pictures will be taken first, to allow those guests to get back to the reception. The Wedding Party will stay for more pictures.
* Please have a rain location set up just incase: example, Westin, Ramada, Country Inn & Suites or a nice setting or backdrop at the reception.
· Reception: Cake cutting & wine glass shots. Speeches & the First Dance are optional.
· Full payment should be made by this time, as your package will be ready to be picked up 3 weeks after wedding day. Thank You!
